Up to 1,200 sqft            $295.00
1,201 to 1,500 sqft       $315.00
1,501 to 2,000 sqft       $345.00
2,001 to 3,000sqft        $385.00
3,001 to 4,000sqft        $465.00
4,001 and up call for a quote......

These prices reflect 24 hour guaranteed  turnaround.  All 24 hour slots are booked on a first in first out basis.   If we are unable to perform the inspection within 24 hours we will advise and reduce the inspection fee by $50.00.

If you are able to book you inspection so that we can get back within 72 hours these rates discount 5%.
